Utilizing hemp is a great way to get protein without resorting to meat! Here is a delicious mix of creamy avocado’s, and protein-rich hemp. Enjoy!
- 2-3 cups spring mix
- 2 tbsp Italian Vinaigrette (or your favorite dressing)
- 1 avocado
- 1 tsp hemp seeds
- 1/4 cup of cucumber
- 1 small cubed jicama
- 1/4 cup of Broccoli
- cherry tomatoes (optional)
- Cut your avocado, cucumber, jicama, cherry tomato and jicama.
- In a bowl add spring mix, chopped veggies, and hemp seeds. Add dressing and toss to coat.
