Avacado-Hemp Salad

Utilizing hemp is a great way to get protein without resorting to meat! Here is a delicious mix of creamy avocado’s, and protein-rich hemp. Enjoy!


  • 2-3 cups spring mix
  • 2 tbsp Italian Vinaigrette (or your favorite dressing)
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tsp hemp seeds
  • 1/4 cup of cucumber
  • 1 small cubed jicama
  • 1/4 cup of Broccoli
  • cherry tomatoes (optional)


  1. Cut your avocado, cucumber, jicama, cherry tomato and jicama.
  2. In a bowl add spring mix, chopped veggies, and hemp seeds. Add dressing and toss to coat.
