Pesto is one of the most versatile sauces around. You can add to pasta, pizza, bruscetta, or salad and you have a winning lunch/dinner in 10 minutes. Enjoy!
- 1 cup loosely packed fresh basil
- 3/4 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup toasted pine nuts or walnuts
- 2 tablespoons cannabis infused olive oil
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
In the bowl of a food processor or blender combine basil, garlic, Parmesan, and pine nuts or walnuts. Process to mix.
With machine running, slowly drizzle in canna-olive oil and regular olive oil, if using.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
