Ingredients

  • 2 Medium Papayas, pitted & chopped
  • 1 cup Raspberries
  • 1/4 Small Pineapple
  • Fresh ginger to taste (not everyone can handle ginger)
  • 1 Cup milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp Strainz Tincture (remember this is to your preference)
  • Optional: 2 Tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 1.5 Cups of Ice
