If you like regular chinese chicken salad, you’ll love this version with a touch of canna olive oil!
4 cups napa cabbage, sliced thin
1 tbsp extra virgin canna olive oil
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp low-sodium soy sauce
1/2 cup carrots, grated
1 tbsp minced ginger
1 medium clove garlic, pressed
2 tbsp chopped cilantro
1 cup diced bell peppers (your choice of red, yellow, and/or green)
Seasame seeds for garnish
4 oz cooked chicken breast, shredded or cut into cubes
- In a bowl mix canna olive oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, ginger and garlic.Then add cilantro.
- In another bowl toss cabbage, peppers, carrots and chicken. Mix dressing in.
- Top off with seasame seeds to garnish and Bon Appetite!
