- 1 oz simple syrup
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1 oz infused alcohol
- 4-5 oz Champagne or sparkling wine
- Combine simple syrup, lemon juice, and infused gin in a shaker with ice. Shake hard for ten seconds and strain into a Champagne flute
- Top with a few ounces of Champagne or sparkling wine and garnish with a lemon twist.
