Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
With a knife, carefully remove the leaves from the thick stems of the kale and tear into bite-sized pieces. Wash and thoroughly dry the kale. Drizzle with canna oil and sprinkle with seasoning salt.
Bake in the oven until the edges are brown but not burnt. About 10-15 minutes.
Remove and cool on a wire cooling rack and enjoy!Store in an airtight container for 3-5 days.
