Veggie Pie

Ingredients

  • 1-2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 9-10 inch pie crust, store bought or home-made
  • 2 tablespoons cannaoil
  • 1⁄2 cup chopped scallions
  • 1⁄2 cup chopped roasted red peppers
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1⁄4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1⁄4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • Optional: crushed red pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 340 degrees.
  2. Dust your work surface with flour. Lightly roll out the piecrust.
  3. Brush the crust with the canna-oil. Top with the vegetables followed by the cheese.
  4. Bake until light golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 10-12 minutes.
