Pineapple Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen sliced Pineapple
  • ¼ cp of sliced Bananas
  • ½ cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 2 tablespoons of CannaOil
  • ½ cup of water
  • 1 teaspoon Chia seeds

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine pineapples, bananas, almond-milk, and water. Blend to smooth.
  2. Slowly, add canna-coconut oil to blender. Blend in burst.
  3. Fill 2 cups with smoothie and top with Chia seeds; can be mixed as well.
  4. Stir and drink!
